What we do

Wholesale trade and agency services

Licensed for wholesale and intermediary trade in Indonesia, with a scope covering both general goods and specialised materials.

Trade on a fee or contract basis

We act as intermediary between sellers and buyers for a fee or commission, without taking ownership of the goods we broker. That includes finding the counterparty, checking that they can actually perform, agreeing price and terms, and staying on the deal until it is closed.

Wholesale of a variety of goods

General wholesale supply across product categories, sold on our own contracts with agreed volumes, lead times and delivery terms.

Self-service wholesale outlets

Supply into cash-and-carry and self-service wholesale formats, with repeat ordering and predictable replenishment.

Other wholesale channels

Direct wholesale to distributors, retailers, HoReCa buyers and project purchasers outside the self-service format.

Pharmaceutical materials

Wholesale of pharmaceutical materials for human and animal use, handled with full documentation and permit checks.

Questions

What partners usually ask first

Do you buy the goods yourself?

Both models are available. As an agent we broker the deal for a fee and never take title; on a contract basis we buy and resell under our own wholesale licence.

What is a typical minimum volume?

It depends on the product and route. We usually work at full-container or consolidated-pallet scale, and will say plainly when an order is too small to price well.

Which documents do you handle?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and product-specific permits, prepared together with the supplier and the forwarder.

How are fees set?

Agency work is a percentage of contract value agreed before we start. Contract trade is quoted as a landed price with the terms stated in the offer.
